Fill Form

The first step is to fill out the Hiring Form on our website. This will provide us with important details about your job requirements such as the required skills, experience, and business hours needed for the position. Start Now

Talent Acquisition

Second, based on your job description, our recruitment team then begins the search for the most relevant, best match. We filter through hundreds of resumes for you, conduct video interviews to screen for Kalidad’s quality standards, and find the best match for your organizational culture, and your type of business.

Pre-Employment Training

once we’ve completed our pre-screening — and before interviewing with you — candidates begin pre-employment training with The Kalidad Training Academy.

Schedule Interview

We reach out to schedule a remote video interview with the top one or two candidates, your Kalidad success manager, and you.

Contract Signing

Once you’ve chosen your new employee, paperwork is completed and you select a starting date.

Begin Employer Training

While your employee is completing the final stages of their training, you will also begin your success training. This initial employer training takes just one hour of your time, and is to be completed before Day 1. You will be guided through everything you need to ensure that your employee onboarding is a success.

Day One

It’s Day 1! Your Kalidad success manager will connect with both you and your employee via video call to run through all your communications and technical systems. We want to ensure everything is set to go, so you get off to a smooth start.

Ongoing Client Support

Our client support doesn’t stop there! Because Kalidad means “quality”, both you and your employee get additional weekly training over the next month to support your process.

Remote Staffing Success

Congratulations! Both you and your employee receive Kalidad Training Academy certification at the successful completion of three months. you’re now all set up with a great remote staff member who is fully equipped to help your business succeed.
